FOR the Cauliflower Crust, microwave cauliflower in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH until thawed. Place cauliflower in food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Mix flour, Seasoning and salt in large bowl. Add cauliflower, mozzarella cheese and Egg Beaters; mix until well blended. Press dough into a 12 to 14-inch round on large nonstick baking sheet.
BAKE in preheated 450°F oven 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is firm. If firmer crust is desired, flip crust onto another baking sheet. Return to oven. Bake until crust is browned and firm.
TO assemble the pizza, spread pasta sauce evenly over crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with vegetables, ham and Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Seasoning. Return to oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool slightly before cutting into 8 wedges.
